The Noyen Tester lets you quickly and easily test the surface cleanliness level and cleaning process quality. It lets you optimize the cleaning process and streamline production.
It is a mixture of substances in a convenient packaging, (20ml liquid bottle) allowing making a test in two ranges – the lower, for values: 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40 mN/m and higher, for values: 42, 46, 48,50, 52, 54, 56, 58 mN/m. On request, it is possible to prepare a set of testers with selected values from 30 – 58 mN/m or with a different measuring range. If the wettability degree is at least 42 mN/m for a steel surface and 34 mN/m for an aluminium surface, the surface is considered to be sufficiently clean and prepared for subsequent processes. A value of 58 mN/m indicates a very high degree of cleanliness.
